About the Role:

We are now looking to recruit a Customer Experience manager for one-year temporary cover to help us take GLOSSYBOX to the next level.

REQUIREMENTS

Main Duties & Responsibilities


For the Customer Experience role we are looking for a customer oriented and service minded person who enjoy solving problems and helping others. You should be self-going and used to drive own projects and processes as other Customer Service support are located in the UK.


- Support GLOSSYBOX Nordic’s customers in any queries asked to Customer Service relating the company, the subscription offering, the products etc

- Overall responsible for the customer processes and the internal processes which serve customers are run smoothly on a daily basis

- Site sweep and trouble shoot for potential technical issues affecting customers, report and follow up

- Managing queries on Social Media with regards to: offers, recommending products, directing customer queries/questions to our online Customer Service flows

- Collaborating with GLOSSYBOX Customer Service team based in the UK

- Overlooking GLOSSYBOX Nordics ‘tone of voice’ is communicated across all Customer Service channels

- Supporting UK Customer Service team with local processes

- Office Managing tasks such as: purchasing of office supplies, managing delivery bookings, post administration

- Replacement product send outs

- Box send outs from office

- Local cooperation with Operations team to communicate to customers with regards to dispatch, production status, products etc


Required skills and experience

Minimum 1-4 years' experience in a Customer Service role

Track record of being service oriented with a focus on relationship building customer service

Proven ability to handle multiple projects/tasks in parallel

Strong ability to decipher new knowledge and communicate it in an understandable manner to multiple stakeholders (internally and externally)

Knowledge in the Consumer Purchase Act

Computer literate

Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Swedish and English

About the Role:

This is a 1 year fixed term contract, with the potential for extension.


As GLOSSYBOX Nordics’ Graphic Designer you are responsible for maintaining the GLOSSYBOX brand’s look and feel across all channels. Working closely with both the marketing and ecommerce teams you will drive graphic ideas from vision to end production.


Responsible for creating images for all digital channels – from digital ads, images for newsletters/web and presentations used by the wider team.

Designing and creating printed matters such as flyers, magazines and event materials.

Designing and creating GLOSSYBOX Box designs (when required) to fit a theme and vision whilst keeping the GLOSSYBOX brand image.

A main task is also to create mood boards, creative briefs and plan photoshoots for our campaigns which you will communicate to our studio.

The role also includes strategic work with concept and ideas. You will work closely and are responsible for the contact with the head office in UK and drive the company's larger creative projects together with the Head of Marketing and/or Managing Director.


REQUIREMENTS

1-4 years' experience in a Graphic Design role

Excellent skills in design and layout both for print and digital channels

Great knowledge of typography, color spaces, file formats and pixels

Extensive experience working in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.

Photography skills and good knowledge of photo composition is meriting

Efficient team player with ‘an eye for details’ and a creative mind set

You possess good knowledge in branding and produce material in accordance with the brand’s ‘tone of voice’

Great communicative abilities in both written and spoken English with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Ability to work autonomously and efficiently with multiple tasks in parallel.


Program Skills Requirements

Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Norway Country Manager will be responsible for all marketing activities (online- and offline) for the Norway market. More specifically the responsibilities are:

  • Ownership over digital- and performance marketing strategy for the Norwegian market
  • Drive Influencer marketing for the Norwegian market.
  • Together with our Brand and Marketing teams further develop a customer acquisition and growth strategy for Norway.
  • On-board new partners (online- and offline) to drive sales in Norway. Ensure we work with the right partners that gives the best ROI at any given time.
  • Responsible for Campaign Planning for Norway; ensure we have the right number of activities at any given time to drive sales.
  • Drive maximization and optimization of channel performance in accordance to budget and sales targets.
  • Coordinate with our central Berlin- and UK teams on performance- and email marketing.
  • Create surveys for our Norwegian brand partnerships.
  • Create reporting for management inc. analysis of data and propose actions for Norway
  • Work closely with our Content Marketing team to ensure we take on a “Content is King” strategy to drive SEO and direct traffic. Explore ideas of how we can utilize content created across online channels.
  • Translate content created from our Content Marketing team to Norwegian to be used across online- and offline channels.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years’ experience with online marketing.
  • Influencer marketing experience a must.
  • Excellent understanding of the Norwegian beauty market.
  • BSc or MSc degree or relevant education
  • Excellent oral and verbal skills in Norwegian and English
  • Positive, can-do attitude that spreads throughout the organization, even during stressful situations
  • A team player that have no problem helping out a team member in need.
  • Possess a high level of commitment and positive energy in everything that you take on
  • Thrive and succeeds in a culture that is fast moving, sometimes chaotic but always positive and solution oriented
